BINDING PROCEDURES

You may bind coverage for an account for which you have received a Premium Indication from Ringwalt & Liesche Co., provided there are no additions, alterations or omissions to any of the terms of the coverage requested, by following the instructions included below. Our premium indications are valid for 30 days.

Coverage will be bound based on the time and date of your fax provided the envelope containing payment is postmarked no later than the following business day. Please indicate the date and time you wish to bind coverage.


DIRECT BILL OPTION- Monoline Scheduled Auto Only

Our Direct Bill option is ONLY available for Monoline Scheduled Auto Policies (accounts between $750- $25,000 in premium). Direct Bill is NOT an option for Stand-Alone Cargo, Garage, General Liability, Property, and Package policies. We will also accept an insured’s check for payment in full.

Fax to our office the following:

  1. A copy of the insured’s check made payable to National Indemnity Group for 25% down.
  2. A signed company application or renewal application when applicable.
  3. Copy of premium indication.

Premium Financed Policies

This option is available for all policies.

Fax to our office the following:

  1. A copy of your agency check made payable to Ringwalt & Liesche Co. in the amount of the down payment required by their Premium Finance Company (net your full commission) along with a signed copy of the premium finance agreement.
  2. A signed company application or renewal application when applicable.
  3. Copy of premium indication.

Accounts Paid in Full

We will accept an agency check for payment in full.

Fax to our office the following:

  1. A copy of the agency check made payable to Ringwalt & Liesche Co. for the total (net your full commission) premium.
  2. A signed company application or renewal application when applicable.
  3. Copy of premium indication.
